What we collect

We collect the details needed to prepare your order, maintain secure sessions, and improve service reliability. Guest cart and admin session identifiers are opaque cookies; sensitive session values are never stored in browser-readable application storage.

How we use it

Order details are used to fulfill and support your purchase. Smart Barista preferences are sent only to the configured server-side recommendation provider and never used to calculate prices or make payment decisions.

Product analytics

We use PostHog in the EU to understand visits, cart additions, saved orders, and use of Smart Barista. A random identifier in session storage connects actions within a browser tab. Analytics does not include your name, email, table number, messages, order identifiers, or payment details. We do not record your screen or form contents.

Your choices

You can clear cookies and site storage through your browser. We skip analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. For data questions, contact hello@wcc.coffee.
